Kaitlin was born and raised in Bowdoinham, Maine, where her father hand built their family farm house. This adventure sparked her first love and passion for construction and its many facets.  Raised off grid, Kaitlin’s interests in environmentally friendly living is a huge motivation in her day to day life. Understanding how our lifestyle choices impact the world and finding alternatives for everyone to live better and lighter! These decisions take shape in the for of Composting, upcycling, gardening, solar options, clevis’ toilets and thrifting are just a few of the golden components to living sustainably.

Kaitlin is now living in Portland with a family of her own, she owns and operates a small construction company, Gable Wren Homes, specializing in restoration, renovation and new construction residential builds all over Southern Maine.

With her homesteading and construction background she has found her spot inside the world of real estate and is dedicated to helping people find their own forever homes, Fix and flips, Investments, and Summer spots.
